The Players
Hit The Ice season 7 regroups Canada’s most talented young Indigenous female hockey players and invites them to participate in a 2-week training camp that is a once-in-a-life-time opportunity to get recruited by a University team. The group will make lifelong friends, work harder than ever before, and meet professional coaches as well as current and former Olympic players.

Xanthe Saganash currently resides in Ottawa and has been involved with hockey for most of her life. Although one of the younger players on the team, her impact has been felt immediately. Xanthe is a forward with great vision, puck-handling abilities and a shot that is advanced well beyond her age. She is definitely on the radar for many teams and has a future in University hockey.
